Freecharge: UPI, Credit Cards App Reviews

The app has been designed really good. Only parts not taken care of are the app functionality and UX itself! At starting it asks to transfer old credits to so called upgraded account but it gets an error - Failed! Then you keep on searching where are the options to recharge or do the stuff. Its very badly hidden. Go to favourites and u get a + button. It would have been better if the app focuses on functionality first then on stuff like button animation. Then I go to feedback option to write a feedback but as soon as you tap it the app crashes because mail app is not configured. Come On its heights!

The update app is very unfriendly it took me so much time to figure out and ended up using paytm

Only logo screen appears, after that nothing happens, nothing works. iPhone 4s ios 9.1

Since the last update The app stuck on its logo page It used to work fine earlier.

After giving my existing account credentials, fresh install, it again asks for mobile number and submitting will say "number already exists" and i should sign out. It makes no sense.

I neven logged in thru app even i have changed pwd. Not even 1 star is not worth

Very easy and fast app to recharge without a long procedure..nice one but the thing is it always has a some network problem

Imade a transaction before cash back offer validity time. But didnt receive cash back to my account. I got lot of problems to load the cash to my freechare account

I used this app for adding credit on my Phone number and as I finish the transection I got a phone call asking about my card details, and said that my card is going to expire , trying to be fool me .here is the numbers +91 80-02055578. So be careful

The app has poor backwards compatibility. It refused to show my freecharge credit from snapdeal, thus preventing me from making a mobile top up. I was forced to update the app. On opening the updated app, it made me enter my email and password again, and didnt remember that setting. Also, earlier versions of the app provided free offers. This version didnt give me any offers

Hangs a lot and loads for a very long time for even the smallest options. Never use this app.

In the netbanking option list, there is no Syndicate Bank. It is very frustrating, please look into the matter.
